| After having watched this gopher work his way along the trees on the West Side of the Property, towards the North, then across the driveway into the Pasture, then head north again, almost getting to "North Blair Road", on the evening of 02 January 2004 I set a trap for him. |

| On the morning of 03 January 2004, I went to check the trap I had put into the gopher hole. It was gone! I knew it could only be, down in the hole!. I started digging and down about 7 inches, under ground level, there was the trap with the gopher in it!!! |

| It is now 08 January 2004 and there have been no fresh gopher diggings, since I trapped the gopher on the 3rd. Hard to believe but apparently that was the ONLY gopher??. If so, where did he come from? |
