Man from Syria

A person I know, that lives in a country other than the United States, just sent me this message:

A few days ago after a long day of teaching and contacting and such, we were getting on the metro in the Jean-Talon station to head back up to Jarry, where we live. I started talking to this old man, who turned out not speaking very much English. I did find out though that he comes from Seria[Syria], and when he found out I was from the United States, he went absolutely crazy! He kept saying “Go Bush! Go Bush!” With his heavy English accent and everything. He showed me his American-flag pin with pride, all pinned onto his shirt and everything. When the metro came and we got in and sat down he opened his briefcase and pulled out a picture of a knight dressed in armor with a huge lance sitting on his horse, and he pointed at the picture saying, “Bush! Bush!�
