==============================
I talked with Jerry White, Environmental Drilling, 480-797-2072/480-987-9355,
on or about Friday - 04 January 2002.
Jerry is the one that drilled our well and has drilled several wells in
our area.
Jerry said we have a very good well that will probably never go dry.
He said we could turn on our pump and let it pump, full flow [25 to 30
Gallon per Minute], out onto the ground, and come back in a year, and it would
still be pumping at 25 to 30 gallons per minute.
He did, of course, NOT recommend that we do that, but said that as a
demonstration of how good of a well we have.
He said the well and pump are warranted for 1 year. That has now
passed.
The tanks are warranted for 5 years.
It would cost approximately $1500.00 if we had to replace the
submersible pump.
It would cost approximately $10,000.00 if we drilled a completely new
well, but we should NEVER have to do that.
He recommends that we add a 2500 gallon storage tank and pressure pump
for about $2000.00, but that does not have to be done.
==================================
I talked with Skip Preston, Preston
Drilling, 602-984-4747/602-380-0012, on or about 1 March 2002.
Skip told me the same thing
that Jerry told me, including that HE IS THE ONE THAT DRILLED THE WELL.
On Wednesday – 11 June 2003, Skip Preston installed a new submersible
pump and motor for $2500.00.
