==========================================

Marilee/Wendell were married on 14 December 1991
01 October 2006 ................... Sunday
Marilee and Melissa and I watch General Conference on our TV. It is a great Conference. I wish Melissa had been able to stay for all of it, but, she had to go to work.
We then went to Darren/Julie's for Taco Sunday. It was very good and very well attended.
We then drove to Banner Desert to visit with Grandmother but she was not there. We learned that she had been discarged and was now at home.
We then drove to Paradise and it felt good to be there.
02 October 2006 ................ Monday
Marilee went to work and I took Melissa to Seminary/School then later picked her up from school.
I took the top off from the boat. Now you don't suffocate when sitting in the driver's seat.

03 October 2006 .............. Tuesday
Marilee went to work. I took Melissa to Seminary.
I cut grass and Changed Oil/Filter in Silverado.
I talked to Phil Bergeron and learned that the 13/20 prop we have on our boat will not work and it is why the boat would not plane when we went to Saharo Lake!!!
At about 3pm I took Melissa to Bridgette's.
I took the Prop off from the boat.
05 October 2006 ....................... Thursday
Marilee goes to work. I drive to Lexi's where I pick up Melissa and take her to Seminary. After Seminary Melissa and I come home to Paradise.
I dig up, uncover, the sewage line that runs from the house to the Septic Tank, in preparation for building the Outhouse.
I trim the LF hoof of Blase, because it was the longest. Looks better now and she can walk a but better now.
I install a Fuel Pressure Gauge in the Boat.
At about noon, I take Melilssa to Casa Grande to the house of the Grandfather of her friend.
I go to PepBoys and get a light to hook up to the Ignition Circuit on the Boat, so I will be able to tell "At a Glance", from now on, if there is power to the Distributor and Fuel Pressure to the Carburetor.
I take the Prop, from off the boat, to Bergeron Engineering so Phil can look at it and verify that it is a 13/22 that amounts to a 12/24 because of the Cupping that it has. After considering how I intend to use the boat ie 6people in the boat with 2waterskiers behind the boat, at Canyon Lake, Phil recommends 14/12 Prop. He will look for a used one since I don't want to pay $400.00 for a new one.
I get into a heck of a rain/thunderstorm, there in Mesa.
On my way back to Paradise, I stop at Casa Grande Airport to see about buying AvGas. They have a self serve gas pump, credit card driven, where I can fill gas cans.
At home I mount the Ignition light on the Engine of the Boat.
06 September 2006 ............... Friday
Marilee goes to work. I take Melissa to Seminary then to School. At Seminary, today, there is a Meeting, in the Chapel, with Brother Phil Bates as the speaker. I am in charge and I call them to order and I call on someone for prayers and music.
I get a few things, for the boat, at Wal*Mart, such as a gas can and a lettering kit. I then go to the "Clip Joint" where I have Charlene cut my hair.
I go to Casa Grande Airport where I fill the new gas can with Aviation fuel.
After working the the Clerk's Office and setting appointments for Clerk training, I drive to CAC where I pick up Melissa and Lexi and take them to Bridgette's.
At home I eat and rest then work on Boat and Weeds and Office Stuff.
This evening Melissa gives her "Independance Day Speech"!!!
09 October 2006 ...................... Monday
Marilee does not go to work today. I Go, alone, to Seminary, since Melissa is not here.
Marilee and I go explore "Picacho Resevoir" today. Very interesting and we want to explore it more.
We play "Pass the Pigs" this evening.
10 October 2006 ................ Tuesday
Happy Birthday -- T R A C I

Marilee went to work and Melissa is not here.
I picked up Richard and took him to Seminary then later brought him back home.
I was Principle at the Seminary today.
When getting home I ate and took a nap.
Ann called and I had a really nice talk with her, I could hear Sofia in the background.
11 October 2006 ................... Wednesday
Marilee into Hospital today

Marilee went to work at Banner Desert Medical Center today, not realizing it would be a week before she got back hone!!!
It seems that Marilee was feeling bad, after she got to work, so she put one of the Heart Monitors on herself. When her fellow workers saw the pattern her heart was throwing onto the monitor they took her to the emergency room where she was admitted to the hospital, as a patient!!
It was late in the afternoon when I heard about this. When I did hear, I went to Banner Desert where I visited with Marilee in the ICU.
16 October 2006 ..................... Monday
I spent the day in the Hospital with Sara, David, Melissa, as Dr. Sung performed a procedure on Marilee and made her heart get better.
17 October 2006 ..................... Tuesday
Marilee comes home today. She is OK now.
21 October 2006 .............. Saturday
Marilee and I rotated the tires and replaced the rear brake shoes on the 2004 Malibu. The LR had just began to wear down to metal to metal doing so little damage to the rotor that we simply put on new shoes.
We then did some work, on the boat, including Marilee some lessons in how to operate the boat.
Grandmother and Rebecca came to visit and we all sat in the boat and talked about the repairs that I have done, so far.
22 October 2006 ................ Sunday
I went to Clerk's Office at 6am to get ready for Bishopric Meeting at 7am.
At 2pm Marilee and I had an interview with the Stake President Richard D. Gibson.
25 October 2006 ............... Wednesday
While Marilee and Melissa were gone to Mutual I finished my Home Teaching by visiting Troy Nichols and Sonya.
I stopped at Ray Donaldson's and left the Rudder with him so he can add 2 inches on the back of it and 1 inch on the bottom of it.
26 October 2006 ............... Thursday
Marilee and I went to town, getting brazing rod/flux at Brown's Welding and Brake parts at Checker Auto and Lug Studs at Auto Zone.
at about noon today the power pole, by our mail box, blew up. Actually it was the underground wires at the base of the pole that blew up starting a fire. We rushed out there and put out the fire. Later APS came and repaired the Damage and got our electricity up and running again.
The lineman that did the repair knows and has worked with Darren. He thinks Darren is a great guy.
In the evening we went to eat at Flying J. On the way home from there we stopped at Donaldson's to look at the special floor that they put into that place.
27 October 2006 ............... Friday
I put JB Weld on the Propeller in an attempt to repair the damage done by the rudder. I clean out the Silverado bed, getting for tonight's overnighter at Catalina State Park.
29 October 2006 ............... Sunday
I am at the Clerk's Office by 6am. We have Bishopric Meeting at 7am, then PEC at 8am then Ward Council at 9am. Good meetings and a lot was leaned.
Mat Cardon and I give talks in church. I lead the lesson in High Priest's Group. It is from Page 84, the talk by Elder Russell M. Ballard.
After church Marilee and I stopped by Hospice to see Jack and Eva Haines. Connie Grover and the Colfer's were there also. Jack was unresponsive.
30 October 2006 ................. Monday
Eva Haines called this morning to let us know that Jack passed away last night. I am glad that Jack does not have to suffer anymore.
Marilee and I go visit with Eva Haines this morning. She is doing well says the funeral will be this coming Saturday.
We go to Service Center and get the freshly machined rotor and drums for the Hyundai.
Marilee is cleared, by the Doctor, to return to work tomorrow. Sorry she has to go back to work but sure glad she is able to. Means she is HEALTHY AGAIN!
I finish the rebuild of the Boat Prop. I pull out of the boat the upper rudder shaft bearing and support board, also the rudder control cable support board. They both need rebuilding so the Rudder can be properly supported and controlled, in the boat.
I adjust the tire pressure on the Malibu, but it still pulls to the left. I rotate the front tires, from side to side, and now the Malibu goes straight!!
Also I change the engine oil/filter in the Malibu.
I try and fail to remove the RF hub from the Hyundai so I can replace the broken Lug Stud.
For Family Home Evening we, Marilee - Melissa - Wendell, read and discuss Jeremiah.
31 October 2006 ................. Tuesday
Happy Halloween...

Marilee goes to work.
I borrowed a slide hammer, from Auto Zone, to pull the front hubs off the Hyundai but I never had time to do the job.
I fixed a pot of Chili and took it to the Arizona City Ward "Trunk or Treat" at the Toltec School in Arizona City. It was a great event and very well attended. Brimhall's furnished two horses for the children to ride. Steve was leading one horse and Anber was leading the other.
After the event I went to Les Grover's to borrow his Church Handbook of Instructions. We had a good talk and he showed me where someone had backed into the front of his new Ford Pickup.
