Marilee/Wendell were married on 14 December 1991
01 May 2006 ................................. Monday
I worked on the ADOR Income Tax for 2002. I have to prove that I filed it and for some reason my paperwork is not clear on the matter.
I run a water hose down the hole of the gopher that has been giving me a bad time. No Results yet.
David Pearson came over and we drove the ditch all the way to N11A so as to evaluate what needs to be done to make it useable ie BURN the WEEDS.
02 May 2006 ...................................... Tuesday
I worked on the 2002 ADOR Taxes. I still cannot prove that I filed that year?? Gotta find more paperwork. I have Chase Bank working on a cancelled Check that I had used to make a payment on those taxes.
The only results I got from the water hose down the gopher hole was "Wet Ground".
I started a Concrete Slab for the Tire Changer. I just gotta get that thing anchored down in order to really use it!
My Pain and Suffering, from falling off Orion, is still extremely bad, but, I am taking NO Pain medication. In fact, as bad as this hurts...... It does not hurt as as bad as it did a week ago WITH pain medication!!!!
I went to Clerk's Office and order some needed supplies for the ward.
It is now 11pm and I am working on the computer because I cannot sleep. Melissa just left for Casa Grande to spend the night with Bridgette.
04 May 2006 ...................................... Thursday
I put one bag of stucco onto the East Cube. It was the last bag we have and it was out in the weather so now we don't have worry about it being ruined.
05 May 2006 ............................................... Friday
May Day

Marilee and I started off the day by going to Wal*Mart, in Casa Grande, to get things needed for the YW Ward Dinner/Fund Raiser this evening.
When we got back home we ate and worked on getting things ready, such as build a small fountain, out of dishes, to sell, make Enchiladas and lots of other things.
Debbie Mitchell came over and worked on a fountain.
Melissa, Bridgette, Gaia came and spent the afternoon here.
We blew out the Grey Water line which had become kind of plugged with lint from the washer.
06 May 2006 .................................. Saturday
Happy Birthday to Courtney Eyring, born this day in 1995. I hope she looks at www.wendelleyring.com and sees her birthday message there.
11 May 2006 ..................................... Thursday
Marilee goes to Dentist, Dr. Suresh, in Chandler.
I go to Perkins where I finish loading the e-crete Blocks and the e-creat pallets. I visit for a bit with Troy Nichols.
I then pull the 40' trailer to paradise.
I work on computer and I order a tube for the Polaris.
Melissa has a flat tire on the way home from Casa Grande. That Right Rear tire, on the Hyundai, was worn completely through two of the steel belts. NOT GOOD.
In the evening we go to eat at Flying J. [to celebrate the upcoming MOTHER's DAY] There is Marilee, Bridgette, Gaia, Myself. The meal was good and the company was terrific!!!
13 May 2006 .................................................. Saturday
We spend the day in Paradise and then eat supper in the Garden room after sundown. It was wonderful!!
14 May 2006 ........................................ Sunday
MOTHER's DAY

I start off the day by fixing a Pot Roast for dinner and then letting cook until 3pm when we start eating it.
No Bishopric Meeting this morning, because of Mother's Day.
I go to the clerk's office at 10 am and get some work done before Church Starts at 11am.
During Sacrament Meeting the Priesthood sings "Love at Home" and then we pass out flowers and candy to the mothers.
After church I come home right away, because it is MOTHER's DAY.
David [Elder Gunderson] calls from Canada. Marilee has a nice long talk with him. then we all take turns talking to him. It was a wonderful afternoon.
Present were: Marilee, Levi, Priscilla, Bridgette, Gaia, Melissa, Myself. We took some photos and those can be seen on www.wendelleyring.com
15 May 2006 ................................................. Monday
Marilee and I unload the 40 Foot Flatbed Trailer, stacking the e-crete Blocks in order by size in preparation for building the Outhouse sometime soon.
I pulled the 40 Foot Flatbed Trailer over to Cherry Hills and started loading the e-crete Block that Bishop Cozart is giving us.
I stopped by TA to Home Teach Jennife but she was not there but the guy that was there called her, at home, I guess, and I talked to her on the phone for a little bit.
Melissa cleaned out the Hyundai and Marilee cleaned out the Malibu.
I got the pictures, from yesterday, out of the camera and put them onto www.wendelleyring.com.
16 May 2006 ................................ Tuesday
Taner Hansen is 10 years old today!!!
Now he is in the double digits!!!

I loaded e-crete blocks and worked on repairing the trailer tire.
We had a nice evening with Marilee, Bridgette, Gaia, Melissa and Myself.
17 May 2006 ............................... Wednesday
I loaded more e-crete blocks, over on Cherry Hills.
I bought a tube from Ed Whitehead tires. then I took the tire off from the Malibu wheel, that had been ruined in the wreck, and mounted that tire on the wheel from the 40foot flatbed trailer.
I placed a call to ADOR about our 2002 taxes but they did not answer the phone, requiring me to leave a message.
19 May 2006 ............................................... Friday
Marilee took Bridgette and Melissa and Gaia to Mesa for a Baby Shower for Bridgette. It was held at Grandmother's.
Marilee and I put the AC Unit into the widow of the Center Cube. It was sold to us as a 12,000 BTU AC, but it is a 5,000 BTU AC!! It is used, smells like cigarettes and is missing the front cover............................
It works OK. It is too small for the Center Cube so does not cool very good on a hot day.
20 May 2006 ............................................... Saturday
Both Marilee and Melissa went to work today. I worked here in Paradise.
David Pearson and I drained the water from the Pressure Tanks and checked the air Pressure. South tank had 15psi. North Tank had 0 psi. South Tank was easily pumped up to the required 38 psi. North Tank could not be pumped up and the effort to do so caused air to spray forth out of the faucet we had opened!!!
Ruptured Diaphram in the North Tank. We drove to Evergreen Hardware and found they have 220 Gallon Pressure tank for $280.00. Less money than we expected to pay.
We then came back home and I called Preston Drilling and talked to Trey. He can come and install a new pressure tank for us for $650.00 - Labor and Parts.
Also He can install a 2000 Gallon Storage Tank system for us for $3500 to $4000.
We decided that David will buy the 220 Gallon Pressure tank from Evergreen and we will install it this week, perhaps next Saturday. David has the Well Agreement Account Checkbook so he is the obvious one to buy the Tank.
I went to cut down the dead tree, out in the pasture, and the Chain Saw would not start!! I never repaired the Carburetor and I think that is the problem....

=====================================
We are doing well and life is good, here in Paradise!! =====================================
We are great.
Mattix got tubes in his ears two weeks ago and he his doing very well, in fact the day of his surgery he started crawling.
=====================================
Why did he need tubes in his hears?
Is there any realationship between the tubes and the crawling?
=====================================
We love you and we will talk to you later.
Love, Josh, Laura, and Mattix

I would love to come and see you guys but that is not going to happen, this year. I love and appreciate you, very much.

End of 23 May 2006 ......................... tuesday
24 May 2006 ................................... Wednesday
Marilee goes to work and Melissa goes to breakfast with her friend. Both are gone all day long.
I get 220 Gallon Pressure Tank from Evergreen Hardware then come home and install it into the Well Water System, Replacing the Pressure Tank with the Ruptured Bladder.
I put a new Circulation Pump into the Evap. Cooler.
I unload e-crete blocks from the 40foot trailer.
I call Truestone, Beth, in RI and place an order for 1 sack of e-crete thinset mortar and 1 bag of e-crete repair mortar. The Price is $27.71 and I will pick them up from Stacy at Truestone of Arizona, tomorrow.
25 May 2006 ...................................... Thursday
I go to Truestone of Arizona and purchase 1 bag of Thin Bed Mortar and 1 bag of Repair mortar for e-crete blocks.
Marilee goes to Detension Center for interview for a Nursing Position there.
Marilee and I attend the graduation/commencement of Jared Reuben Eyring at Mesa High School. We sit on the row with Darren, Julie, Matthew, Brandon, Courtney, Lauren, Kelly.
After the Ceremony we go to Darren/Julie's for pizza and pop. Dad,Twila, Pat were there also.
26 May 2006 ........................................ Friday
Happy Birthday to Amy Eyring, born this day in 1994

Marilee goes to work.
Melissa spends the day with some "Concert" friends. I don't have a good feeling about that!!
transcend broadband, Daniel Little, came here to day and installed a HiSpeed internet hookup. He put a square flat antenna onto the riser from the Electrical Panel, then ran some cat5 cable inside the house, into the NorthWest Corner, where the computer is.
He then put in a router on the house computer and a receiver on the office computer. So that both computers are not hi speed on the internet.
Next week he will install VOIP so our phone will work over this hispeed connection.
Daniel is a friend of David's from Casa Grande High School.
I called and talked to Amy and wished her a happy birthday. She said that next she was going to log onto www.wendelleyring.com and see the message I have there for her.
I finish unloading the AAC Blocks from the 40foot flatbed trailer.
I then loaded the left over e-crete pallets onto the trailer and after pulling them over there, unloaded them by the other pallets by the irrigation ditch.
I repaired the RR tire/tube, on the 40foot trailer, because it has a slow leak in it.
After counting the AAC blocks and doing some calculating I figure we can build one 200 SqFt. building with them.
I took the Well Account Checkbook back to David Pearson. We sign a paper showing that we both approved of the check for the new Pressure tank even though I am the only one that actually signed the check.
27 May 2006 .............................. Saturday
When this day begins, I am in the Center Cube, working on this Journal, because I cannot sleep!!!
28 May 2006 ............. Sunday
By the time Bishopric Meeting starts at 7am, I have already been there long enough to prepare all the reports I need for the Meeting.
I teach from Page 4 in the conference issue of the Ensign in High Priests Quorum today. It went well except for the objections of one Brother and for my bad hearing.
Marilee takes Bridgette to and from work and babysits Gaia today. Looks like that is how it will be, for some time.
Melissa is called to be the Laurel Class President and has her first Presidency Meeting this evening. WAY TO GO - M E L I S S A.
29 May 2006 ............................. Monday

29 May 2006 - Monday @ 06:10amMST --------------------------------- Dearest Darren, Your ole slow dad is running at HIGH SPEED!!! I am now hooked up via Transcendbroadband. It is not cable. It is not satallite. It is not dsl. I have a square, flat antenna that is about 1 foot square fastened to my electrical riser pipe. It is aimed at a microwave tower in the area of eleven mile corner. There is a Cat 5 cable running from that antenna to a little power box inside the house. Then a Cat 5 cable from that power box to a Router and another Cat 5 cable from the Router to the Computer in the House [David's Computer]. The Router has RJ45 connections for 4 computers with only one of them being used, at this time. The Router also is broadcasting over antenna and another 50 computers can be hooked up, if they have wireless capability. There is now wireless capability on My Computer, in the Center Cube. Transcendbroadband is hard wired into the Internet Backbone. It seems to be working FASTER than a T1 line, at this time...... WOW am I fast, Dad ============================================ --- DJEyring wrote: > So, are you cable modemed yet? > > Darren > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > -----Original Message----- > From: wendell eyring > [mailto:wendelleyring@yahoo.com] > Sent: Sunday, May 28, 2006 9:16 PM > To: DJEyring > Subject: Re: Emailing: DSC04216.JPG > > 28 May 2006 - Sunday @ 09:14pmMST > --------------------------------- > > Thanks for the Photo. > > Jared probably wants to get a good hat like mine, > now. > > > Love, > Dad > ========================================== > > > > --- DJEyring wrote: > > > > > The message is ready to be sent with the following > > file or link attachments: > > > > DSC04216.JPG > > > > > > Note: To protect against computer viruses, e-mail > > programs may prevent > > sending or receiving certain types of file > > attachments. About 6 PM we received a phone call from Sister Dunne, informing us that LaMont Carter, just died. She had been unable to contact the Bishop and wondered if I could do that.
I called Mat Cardon, the Bishop's Executive Secretary, and he assured me that he will contact the Bishop.
I called Brother Dunne and learned that Monty [Lamont Carter] had been busy all day getting ready for a trip tomorrow. they went to Wal*Mart to get a few things and Monty collapsd there. Apparently by the time they got him accross the street to the Casa Grande Regional Medical Center, he had already passed on to the next life.

I changed my Domain [wendelleyring.com] Name Server Information to point at IPOWER rather than at Web HSP.
that resolved in about 5 hours. then I called Web HSP and turned off that service and told to not bill me any more.
So now www.wendelleyring.com is running on IPOWER rather than on Web HSP [a savings of almost $20.00 per month].

Melissa is taking her GED tests, at CAC [Central Arizona College] today and thursday.
Marilee and I go to Dairy Queen in Picacho for Supper. We have Banana Splits and a double bacon cheese burger. Then we get gas at Pilot in Eloy.

31 May 2006 ............................. Wednesday
Marilee, Melissa and I went with the Youth of the Arizona City Ward to the Arizona Mesa Temple and did Baptisms for the Dead. It was a wonderful experience.
We drive the Malibu and first of all we went to the Naef Home where we picked up Afton and Josh.
Then we drove to Bishop Cozart's home. Other youth and adults kept arriving for the next hour. Bishop Cozart was interview them for Temple Recommends so they could go in the Temple.
We then drove four(4) cars to the temple: Eyring, Galloway, Perkins, Cozart.
Bishop Cozart did the baptizing for 250 to 300 people. Steve Wyble and Myself were the witnesses. Others, including my cousin, Paul Ray Millet, were doing the confirming.
After we were done we took the YW to DQ, on Souther Ave., for Lunch. We thought the YM were going there also, but we did not see them there.
On the way home we stopped at Bridgette's place where we picked up Bridgette and Gaia. We dropped off Bridgette at Denny's where she works.
We then took Angela Lara home to Arizona City and the we went home to Paradise.
We took some photos of Gaia and those are now on www.wendelleyring.com.
I learned a lot about VOIP phones and Vonage in particular. Now that I have TranscendBroadband I can switch to VOIP and stop paying Qwest. I will then be going faster and paying less. Sounds good to me.
