01 June 2004 ...................... Tuesday
David is not here today.....He is in Yuma for a visit with Levi and Bridgette. Marilee goes to work at Banner Desert. Melissa sleeps till noon...that is just not right. I make a well agreement payment at Stockmen's Bank, in Coolidge. I then get some yogurt and light bulbs which I take to the Hardy's in Arizona City. I install the light bulbs in the outside light, above the front door. I take out their garbage for them. Back at Paradise I wash a lot of clothes. Melissa puts away the clean clothes for me. |

05 June 2004 .................................. Saturday former President Ronald Wilson Reagan dies today. Ronald Reagan was the best President of the 20th Century and maybe in all of US History. President Reagan WON the "Cold War". It was President Reagan's belief that "Government is NOT the solution to the Problem .............. Government IS THE Problem" As a result the US and the World had the greatest Economic Boom in Modern History. President Reagan got Americans to believing in America, again. |

06 June 2004 ........................................... Sunday - D-Day + 60 Years Casa Grande Stake Conference today. Marilee, David, Melissa, Myself leave Paradise at 8am so as to get David and Melissa to a youth meeting at 08:30amMST. Then the Conference meeting meets starts at 10:00amMST. It was a very good meeting. We come home for food and rest. At about 03:30pm we take off for Mesa and "Taco Sunday", at Darren's. It is a very good visit. attending are Dad, Twila, Pat, Darren, Julie, Jared, Matthew, Brandon, Courtney, Lauren, Kelly, Hank, Michelle, Emily, Jessica, Lindsay, Luke, Marilee, David, Melissa, Rachel, Ashley, Myself. |

07 June 2004 ........................................... Monday Melissa started Summer School. David started working for Bishop Cozart. Marilee and I went to Cropper Chevrolet where we traded the 2002 Malibu with approx. 98,000 miles for a new, 2004 Malibu with approx. 500 miles. Family Home Evening was very good with Melissa in charge, but David went to bed because he had to be at work at 5am tomorrow. |

08 June 2004 ........................................... Tuesday I took Melissa to school at 12:noon, then went to the clerk's office till I picked her up at 4pm. |

09 June 2004 ........................................... Wednesday I took Melissa to school at 12:noon, then went to the "Clip Joint" for a Haircut. Next I went to Dr. Stack for checkup Next was Social Security Office to get some questions answered. I got prescriptionse till I picked her up at 4pm. |

10 June 2004 .......................................... Thursday When I took Melissa to school, I had the Horse Trailer hooked onto the pickup. I then drove to 44 S. LeSueur, Dad's Place. With Twila's help I loaded up the old fence, that had been torn down for a new fence. I was in sections and it was stacked in the carport behind Dad's house. It was a full load for the truck and trailer. Dad sat out side, on a chair, in the shade, and watched us load the fence. Being out in the heat, that long, exhausted him and he then went to bed. After loading the fence, I showered then walked across the street, to the Temple, where I did the "Initiatories" for 6 names that Twila and Sandra have prepared for Marcie's Husband, Todd Glassford. It was an honor to help my beloved Sisters in their good work. I was able to do this, today, because Marilee was the one bringing Melissa home from school. As it turned out, Marilee and Melissa got home, to Paradise, just after I got home. David was already here, after have spent the day at his Construction Job. |

11 June 2004 ........................................ Friday Marilee did not go to work today so she was the one that took Melissa to and from school. We put some fertilizer on the Pasture - just south of the Center Tree and just north of the Grey Water outlet. I unloaded the scrap wood from the Silverado plus part of the scrap wook from the Horse Trailer. I changed the oil and filter in the Silverado. We moved the computer from David's room to the North wall in the house. We have been counciled by the Brethren to keep the computer in plain view of the family so as to protect ourselves from the filth and porn available on the Internet, so today we made that move. |

12 June 2004 ........................................ Saturday Marilee worked at Banner Desert. David went to Casa Grande to pick up Rachel and bring her here, to Paradise, for the day. We had a nice Visit. I ordered the water then I got ready for irrigation, on Monday. Richard Baker came by for a visit. We talked for a long time, mostly about his Silverado and the trailers that he pulls with it. |

13 June 2004 ........................................ Sunday David and I went home teaching, to the Lara Family, at 10:15amMST. It was a wonderful visit, enjoyed by all. Then we went to Eloy to pick up Sonja and take her to church. We were greeted, at the gate, by man that said Sonja was not there.............. Marioanda said that Sonja was at her mother's place. We drove to her mother's place and her mother told us that Sonja is at home!!!!!!! We gave it up, for today, and went to church. Marilee played the Organ, for Sacrament Meeting today, because Sister Hardy is still recovering from her injury. Marilee also taught the Gospel Doctrine Class. It was very good and it was about Alma 5 thru 8. |

14 June 2004 ........................................ Monday Marilee does not go to work today, but David does. IRRIGATION comes, being turned on at 06:30amMST and arriving on our pasture at 09:00amMST. We get a good irrigation. Marilee and Melissa both help a lot. Ann and Rob come by for a few minutes, on their way to Sedona. They Leave Daisy Bear with us for the next week while they enjoy their vacation. At noon Marilee takes Melissa to school. For Family Home Evening, we have Tacos [I love that] and we watch "For Richer or Poorer". |

15 June 2004 ........................................ Tuesday David goes to work in Arizona City and Marilee goes to work in Mesa. Today is Sister Eva Haines Birthday, so I put a Happy Birthday Message to her on [www.wendelleyring.com] then Melissa and I go to the Haines and wish her a happpy Birthday. I then drop Melissa off at Casa Grande Union High School on my way to Mesa. I visit with Dad and Twila for a few minutes then I take two names that Twila has prepared and I take them accross the street to the Temple and do the endowments for them. I arrive back here at Paradise at 07:00pmMST. Marilee and Melissa get her approx half an hour later. David and Rachel are here, when I get home. I continue to pump the water from the ditch to the pasture. |

16 June 2004 ................................................ Wednesday Marilee goes to work in Mesa and David goes to work in Arizona City. I continue to and finish pumping all the water from the ditch to the pasture. When I take Melissa to school, at Casa Grande Union High School, I also go to Clerk's Office and catch up on My Clerking, Go to Dr. Stack for an Office Visit, Go to Walgreen's for Prescription, then I pickup and Melissa and bring her home. I talked to Tiffany on the phone today....Nice visit. Marilee and I have a nice evening together while the Children are gone to a Mutual Dance. We watch John Wayne in "Rio Lobo". |

17 June 2004 ..................................... Thursday David goes to work in Arizona City and Marilee goes to work in Mesa. I took Melissa to school then I drove the Silverado to Mesa where I visited with Dad and Twila then took two(2) family names to the Temple and did the Temple Session for them. After leaving the Temple I stopped at Brown and Brown Chevrolet to get some information on and 4door 4wheel drive Dulie Deisel. |

20 June 2004 ............................................. Sunday After Church today I helped Brother Grover do the donations I drove to Hank's, in Mesa. I enjoyed eating taco and visiting with Hank's wonderful family [Michelle, Emily, Jessica, Lindsay, Luke] and all their visitors.... Then Hank takes me to California for His "Father's Day" gift to me. We go in Hank's Suburban and take with us, Emily and Luke. We drive to Mojave, California Airport, to see the first ever PRIVATE Space Ship Launch into Space, arriving at 02:00amMST/PDT. The gates are open and the parking crew in on duty. We then take lawn chairs to the area by the Taxiway that is set up for the viewing of the space shot. It was a great show starting at 06:30am. We see the "White Knight" with "SpaceShipOne" attached underneath it, taxi by us, then turn around and take off on the runway.......right in front of us. We watch then circle the ariport as they climb to 47,000 feet msl. Then SpaceShipOne is launched into space!! WOW what a sight to watch the smoke trail of that Space Ship, with Michael Melville on board, rocket into space. Then we watch as SpaceShipOne spirals back down to Mojave Airport. We watch as "White Knight" and "SpaceShipOne", along with their three chase planes, take off from the runway, right in front of us then about two hours later land at that same runway. We then drive back home and I get home in time for Family Home Evening. Thank you Hank, for a wonderful "Father's Day" Gift. |

22 June 2004 ........................................ Tuesday I tour the Eloy Prison today. Warden Paul Steele and invited me to a tour, about a month ago, when I attended the Eloy Town Meeting about the Proposed 1000 Bed Addition to the Prison. Nice Place! Very well run. Very clean. I talk to them about going to work there and I bring home and application for employment. |

24 June 2004 ...................................... Thursday Nice Sun Shiny Day Today David goes to work in Arizona City and Marilee goes to work in Mesa. I receive and employment application from Horizon Transportation, in the mail today. |

25 June 2004 ...................................... Friday Nice Sun Shiny Day Today David goes to work in Arizona City and Marilee goes to work in Mesa. I finish pumping the water from the ditch to the pasture. I take Melissa to School then work in the Clerk's Office till I go pick up Melissa from school. When Melissa and I get home, David and Rachel are here. |

26 June 2004 ............................................ Saturday Marilee goes to work at Banner Desert today. David and Melissa and I work around here, in Paradise. David leaves at about 2:30pm, in the Impala, to meet Rachel at the Stake Center then go to a movie. We see him later and the Casa Grande Swimming Pool. Melissa and I leave about 4pm, in the Silverado, go to Wal*Mart and get making for a salad, then we go to the Casa Grande Swimming Pool. There is a big 4 Ward Swimming Party today When Marilee gets off work she shows up at the Casa Grande SWimming Pool. We have a nice visit and eat a lot of good food. Later, at home, we watch a movie about a rouge football team that wins some games while the real football team is gone. I work in the Clerk's Office for awhile today, but still don't get the May Statement balanced..............I will get it done next week. |

27 June 2004 ......................................... Sunday Marilee goes to work at Banner Desert. David and Melissa and I attend Arizona City Ward at 12 Noon. Sacrament Meeting is really good today. I must be getting old........I now enjoy High Councel Sunday!!!![grin] Then I am the teacher in both Sunday School and Priestood Meeting. WOW - that was fun. Les Grover and I do the Donations. Then David and Melissa and I stop by the bank, to drop off the donations, Les Gover is there too, on our way home. About 6pm Marilee arrives home from work and it sure is good to see her. Marilee and Melissa and I was a DVD about church subjects and it is really GOOD! |

29 June 2004 ............................................. Tuesday I go to Dr. Stack for a DOT Physical. He says my hearing needs to be tested by Bob's professional Hearing and he sets that up for tomorrow. |

30 June 2004 ........................................ Wednesday Marilee goes to work at Banner Desert. I go for a Hearing Test today, at Bob's Professional Hearing Center, 520-836-6994, 801-A E. Florence Blvd., Casa Grande, Az, right across from Burger King. I am examined by Bob R. Rowin, BC-HIS. He finds that I have mild to moderate hearing loss and I would benefit from bi-external hearing aids. [I think that is what his writing says!!] He says that I DO meet the qualifications to get an Arizona CDL [Commercial Driver's License] On the way home I stop at Skydive, Arizona. I talk to Betsy and James. James is a pilot for the Skydivers. I learn that they are not hiring pilots, at this time. Betsy suggests that I get My resume in to her. James suggests that I then keep bugging them, until they hire me!!! David has been invited back to another Job Interview, with MCI. He will go with Marilee, when she goes to work tomorrow. |
